Delete in the app
Open TAPATAHI and go to Settings → Data → Delete Account. Confirm, then enter your password. Head coaches are asked to hand the team to another approved coach first, or delete the team along with their account.

You can delete your TAPATAHI account and personal data at any time, in the app or by email.

Request deletion by email
If you can’t open the app, email tapatahi2026@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my TAPATAHI account”. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your profile, photos, personal logs, synced health record, and on-device Doc memories (head-coach teams optionally deleted with you). Short-lived items such as DM videos and live location shares expire automatically.
What may be kept
Cloud backups, server logs, Sentry diagnostics, and App Store / Google Play / RevenueCat billing history follow those providers’ retention windows. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in iOS Settings → Subscriptions or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. See our Privacy Policy for details.
